Develop your analytical skills, forward thinking and planning capabilities as you work across different areas of Supply Chain to ensure that our products are delivered in full, at the right time and place.
Transform your keen eye for process improvements into meaningful impact
Gain hands on experience through a rotation of roles in general engineering, industrial services, electrical and automation. You also have the opportunity to develop your management skills through various projects.

Gain hands on experience in production and processing line management as you build your capabilities in people, quality, maintence and also in health and safety.

Experience the end-to-end farm to fork quality management system, while developing good manufacturing practices and quality control skills in a manufacturing environment.
Our finance placements give you the chance to really develop your understanding of the role and develop your skills and expertise to reach the maximum business efficiency. You will also get the opportunity to gain hands-on-work experiences across divisions to get the best value for our trade and consumer investment.
The program is designed for 18 months with 2 stages:
STAGE 1: First 12 months – Cross-function rotation
-Rotate with related function to get more insights about business acumen
-Build up, sharpen leadership & skills
STAGE 2: Next 06 months – Individual assessment
-Rotate back to home function & get in depth knowledge about home function
-Get coached by senior manager during the job
